Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 10-15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@designwithseema.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policies

This website Designwithseema is marketed and managed by Happeemore Solutions & Services.

All products and its accessories are non-returnable under. Few products due to defect may be returnable

 

​CANCELLATION POLICY

Your order can be cancelled upto 60 minutes from the time the order has been placed as after that it moves to ready to dispatch stage. Please reach out to us at hello@designwithseema.com for further assistance.

RETURN POLICY FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS

At this time, we do not offer returns on our product and hope to introduce this option in the future. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase feel free to email us on hello@designwithseema.com and we will do our best to help.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once the item you wish to return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.​ If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, kindly send us an email at hello@designwithseema.com and we will assist you with the process.

 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.​ Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
